Yet there is a way to stop with this unhealthy habit you may have not heard of before: You can do it with the help of smartphone apps that help quit tobacco. Find an app for quitting cigarettes

The first thing you should do is download an app from Google Play Store that helps in quitting cigarettes. There are more of them, but you should choose the one with characteristics shown below.

It should be free, since this only will save your money instantly. Even if it costs some money, it would still save your money, considering the fact that cigarettes are expensive enough.

The app should have the “Money saved” counter. When you start the app, it will ask you to set some parameters. Those parameters are related to how many packs you are smoking a day, how many cigarettes a pack contains, the price of a pack, and to how long during the day you are supposed to resist smoking. 

Once you set the mentioned parameters, the app will automatically know how much money you saved and show it to you in the “Money Saved” section. 

There should be an option about saving money for a vacation, as well as the price of it. Once you set it, within the “Money saved” section, the app will show exactly how many days you need to save enough money for your goal.

Play a game during the crisis period 

If you feel like you are in a crisis, there are games about beating the cigarette urge. Those are memory games which will quickly settle your thoughts and ease your crisis.

In those games, you will usually find some scientific facts, such as the information on how much your organs recovered since you stopped smoking.
